The Valiant Legion/ The Fallen The Valiant Legion is an organization that is heavy on the religion and the taking over the world. Led by a mysterious council, it's goals are generally to get the jump on anything they can and destroy all that is 'unholy'. The Fallen is an elite mercenary task force set up to deal with whatever the higher-ups deem appropriate. Interestingly, many members have been enhanced in myriad ways, both mentally and physically. In addition, the group has access to a great deal of bleeding-edge technology and weaponry.
The U.S. base of operations is located in Tobermory-South Baymouth in an expansive underground base that extends partially under Lake Ontario.
Sigma Force A black-ops military unit run by the United States government, Sigma Force is a select group of soldiers selected from the genetically enhanced subjects of Veridian Corporation.
Sigma force is where all advanced technologies found by the government are sent, so Sigma Force tends to be running in front of the cutting edge of technology. Sigma Force's purpose it to go where the US government legally can't, because it technically doesn't exist.
Sigma Force is located in a large subterranean military base under a small innocuous boarding house on the edge of the small town of Steamburg, NY.
